Welcome to another WOD! Welcome to Monday… For a lot of us, Monday’s are typically a little slower in the morning. We are tired, sore and not ready for the work week. So this WOD is tailored for you: a well-rounded WOD with just a little workout to boot.
- Deep Breathing – in with your nose, out your mouth, focus on your breathing.
- Stretching – try doing a full-body stretch routine or just those sore areas from the weekend.
- Walk – get up from your desk and take a walk around the block 🙂
- Squats – go deep and stay relaxed… Feel the burn in those legs, but don’t ever do it.
- Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
- Push Ups – come on, finish strong!
