Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Wednesday started right… For this WOD, we want to get those feet moving. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Wednesday.
- Park Run – instead of running on the road, head to a park and get the earth under your feet. By all means, if you are near a trail, get crazy and run, run, run!
- Power Skips – remember skipping? Do the same thing, but keep those knees REALLY high!
- 100 Meter Run – pretty simple. Run 100 meters.
- Jumping Jacks – you know what to do!
- Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
- Stretching – slow it down, and stretch those legs and arms!
